      Others to watch from the Northwest
    The 16-year-old lives in Sammamish but will ski in the Olympics for Denmark. Moe-Lange has lived in the U.S. since the age of 4.

She doesn't expect to come close to a medal when she slides into the starting gate for the slalom and giant slalom at Whistler. Not only will she be one of the youngest Olympians at the 2010 Games, she has never even raced in a World Cup event.

Moe-Lange qualified for the Olympics by virtue of what's known as the International Olympic Committee's "talent clause," where nations with developing programs in certain sports are granted berths for young athletes with Olympic potential.
